Clearwater is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its Finance team. This pivotal role involves directing financial strategy, managing budgeting and forecasting, overseeing monthly close processes, and developing financial operations across our international entities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Controller and collaborate closely with senior management to drive the organization's growth and profitability.Responsibilities:Manage the monthly close process and anticipate any reporting issuesCollaborate with Head of Procurement to ensure efficient procure-to-pay process is implementedReview and approve journal entries and account reconciliationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processAssist in preparing year-end accounts and statutory accounts. Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards, timely and effective audit process for US EntitiesProvide support to and manage timely and effective auditsCoordinate and partner with other regions to complete consolidation of financial statementsRequirements:CPA required10+ years of accounting experienceBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldCombination of Public Accounting and large Corporation experience highly preferredStrong understanding of technical accounting practices including SEC reportingExcellent analytical skills and advanced Excel modelingExperience with NetSuite is a requiredStrong communication skills acting as internal advisorFinancial reporting software experience, a plusExperience in software implementationSalary Range$100,000-120,000This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
