- Valid driver’s license (no major infractions)
- Colorado Level “A” Wastewater License
- Ability to travel ~10%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SCADA, and data entry software
- Supervise and mentor O&M staff across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local water/wastewater regulations
- Maintain safe operations and enforce safety practices
- Provide oversight of daily operations, system maintenance, and process control
- Monitor site performance, regulatory compliance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and review reports, budgets, and operational strategies
- Serve as primary contact for client relations, inspections, and regulatory personnel
- Support training programs, staff development, and performance reviews
- Oversee emergency response and operational troubleshooting
- Travel regularly to sites for compliance and client meetings
