
Utility Coordinator I

- Under supervision, performs technical discipline tasks including research, design reviews and specification preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- May plot existing utilities in 2D and 3D in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and similar platforms.
- Assists in ongoing communication with utility owners, project owners and/or clients to address conflicts, as applicable.
- Prepare meeting materials including but not limited to agendas, attendance sheets, meeting minutes, and exhibits for project coordination meetings.
- Track and file utility coordination correspondence, utility historical information, resolution meeting documentation and project action items.
- Maintains the conflict quality matrix.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in relevant field, or
- In lieu of degree, 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates foundational knowledge related to utility coordination.
