
Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing

- Lead the development of reporting to monitor performance, Direct Mail reports, and Social Media reports, Email Marketing, and Web that monitor performance against targets and historical performance.
- Works with management & other team members to understand & clarify data analysis and reporting needs.
- Provides guidance and insight on data visualization options for report design. Serve as the subject expert for Marketing data, metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve market revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from various teams, providing timely and accurate data insights.
- Present reports and findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership and marketing teams.
- Work closely with all partners to develop a clear and strategic vision for how standardize the delivery of reports and insights across global markets.
- Works autonomously and with little direction to complete assignments, coordinating business processes, programs and projects based on the outlined strategies and defined directives.
- Utilize behavioral analytics to provide strategic insights to the One-to-One marketing team providing recommendations on the Timing, Targeting and Testing of all campaigns.
- Collaborates with Data Engineers and Enterprise Data team to build robust data pipelines and tables to provide timely and accurate information and meet business reporting needs.
- Manage timelines, expectations, quality, and results of projects.
- Keep abreast of trends and provide recommendations for testing new and emerging technology

- BA or BS degree in analytical related subject required.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Working experience with SAS, Hyperion, SQL, R, Python, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret performance data from multiple sources & potentially consisting of advanced statistical output.
- Demonstrate ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense opportunities hidden in data through strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions.
