Essential DutiesAs a key member of our Salesforce team, you’ll:Drive the overall Salesforce architecture and infrastructure strategy, identifying gaps and designing solutions that scale with the business.Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools.Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance.Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define technical requirements and contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap.Oversee and contribute to the customization and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies.Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions.Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.
Education & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have an advanced level of experience in Salesforce data models, security architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired.
Certificates & LicensesSalesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect certification desired.

Preferred SkillsExperience in financial services or regulated industries.Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
