- Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Analyze user feedback, research, and data to understand market needs and opportunities.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and user impact.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features.
- Conduct A/B testing and use web analytics tools to measure success of product changes.
- Ensure websites comply with accessibility standards and best practices for web UX design.
- Manage budget and resources allocated to the website products.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track the websites' performance and impact on business goals.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize user experience and drive engagement.
- Champion a customer-centric approach in all website-related decisions and initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on web products.
- Strong understanding of web UX design principles and web analytics tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and qualitative feedback tools.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on user experience.
