Job Description:Position SummaryThis position makes sure that the line is setup for product that is being processed and keeps floor and product from accumulating on floors.Position ResponsibilitiesTo be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality
  • Crider Foods requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers' expectation
  • Employee must keep the area and floor clean and line setup for processing.
  • Following health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
  • Assembling products and parts.
  • Following production guidelines and specifications.
  • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
  • Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
  • Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Able to walk and stand, use arms and legs for long periods of time including wrist turning and finger manipulation.
  • Employee stands frequently with tasks requiring consistent bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling to complete; Lift, carry and push/pull occasionally of up to 50 pounds is required.
  • While Performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extreme temperature conditions.
  • Job locations can be consistently 40 degrees or below.
  • The noise levels at work are moderate to loud and hearing protection is required.
