We’re looking for an AMAZING Listing Manager — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, loves keeping clients thrilled, and knows how to get things done with precision and style. This isn’t a “watch-the-clock” role — it’s an opportunity to be the right-hand partner to our Team Leader and work alongside our Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Director of Operations to drive the continued growth of one of the most successful real estate teams in the country. The Listing Manager is the face of Kaminsky Real Estate Group for our sellers and is often their first and most consistent point of contact during the listing phase. You’ll own the process from signed listing agreement to pending sale, collaborating closely with our closing team after a property goes under contract. While you won’t typically manage the pending-to-close phase, you’ll know that process well and step in as needed (such as during vacations). You’ll use our proprietary 14-Day “Honeymoon Plan” to deliver daily communication and updates in the early stages of the listing, ensuring sellers are confident in our marketing strategy and service. You’ll also think beyond the transaction — helping us grow our listing inventory and create repeat clients. We're looking for a detail-focused, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys representing a premium brand. In addition to being an effective communicator at ease, supporting and reassuring high-end clients, you can coordinate a broad set of stakeholders — from our internal marketing team to a curated list of vendors — ensuring every listing receives concierge-level support. Lastly, someone who is highly social, calm under pressure, and proactive about creating a remarkable seller experience that turns clients into lifelong fans! Responsibilities: • Serve as project manager for all activities from signed listing agreement to pending sale • Visit seller homes to capture details and coordinate prep, staging, photography, and showings • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure open house fulfillment and marketing execution • Follow the Honeymoon Plan: daily communication with sellers for the first 14 days, then weekly updates thereafter • Partner with our Marketing Director to ensure all materials are produced, published, and performing • Instill confidence in sellers through consistent updates and proactive problem-solving • Educate sellers on pricing impact and request adjustments as needed • Maintain compliance with MLS rules, listing checklists, and CRM updates • Ensure seller disclosure and listing paperwork are completed quickly and accurately • Collaborate with the closing team once under contract, stepping in when coverage is needed • Contribute ideas to increase listing inventory and improve seller satisfaction Qualifications: Required: • Detail-focused, self-starter • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Skilled at client satisfaction and sales support • Full-time availability with some evening/weekend flexibility • Demonstrated project management experience Preferred: • 2–5 years in real estate, customer service, or sales • Project and/or event management experience Desired: • Current or former licensed real estate agent • Project Management Certification About Company: Year after year, the Kaminsky Real Estate Group - a South Bay Real Estate company - is recognized as one of the top real estate teams in America.
