We are hiring for experienced Maintenance Lead for 1st shift in Cadott.Position - Production Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJob Location - Cadott, WIStarting Dates - Immediately
Employment Term - Direct HireEmployment Type - Full-TimeWork Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (Monday thorugh Friday, 7:00am to 3:00 pm with occasional weekend hours required)Starting Pay - $55k to $65k per yearRequired Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical diploma preferredRequired Experience - At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in an industrial setting, production facility requiredPrimary Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Assemble and install new production equipment, make mechanical repairs, and perform electrical repairs.
  • Complete and direct preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and direct work of maintenance assistant.
  • Comprehend diagrams as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements.
  • Make sound problem-solving decisions.
  • Create positive work environment with coworkers.
  • Organize maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain Maintenance work stations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician
  • Solid technical/mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience with and familiarity of PLC and HMI is a plus.
  • Experience with 3-phase electrical components.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout an 8-hour period.
  • Basic computer knowledge will be helpful.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Position requires ability to become fork lift certified.
