As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations.What you'll be doing:
  • Managing nutritional data software.
  • Inputting nutritional information.
  • Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
  • At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.
