- Directly involved in the assembly and repair functions for Linear Motion
- Prepares work to be completed by understanding assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and BOM
- Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials require to build final assemblies
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements
- Assemble Ball and Roller Screw units using various shop equipment (hand tools and machines)
- Identify and mark components as required
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of ball screw units
- Clean, lubricate and prepare product for final inspection and shipment
- Complete required documentation and ERP transactions
- Continuously obtain new skills to advance in BRSA level
- Follow the safety rules and contribute as a team-player
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions and bill of materials
- 1-2 years of assembly experience
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
