The position is onsite.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing Tier III IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies, including: VMware vCenter, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager, HPAC Secure Printing, HP Blade Servers, HP SANs, Certificate Services, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies and Microsoft Windows Operating SystemsDiagnosing and resolving the performance, security, and/or technical challenges related to the platforms listed aboveWriting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accomplish repetitive tasksParticipating in processes throughout all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, including submitting Change RequestsPerforming requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and integration for all platforms listed aboveProviding direction and guidance to less-experienced Systems EngineersInvestigating and resolving operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnelWorking on project teams responsible for engineering and packaging releases to integrate within the customer's production IT environmentUp to 10% local travelMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience; an additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree3+ years of leadership experienceDoD 8570 IAT Level III/8140 level expert Certification required: Security X, OR CCNP OR CCSPDoD 8570 computing environment certification required within 6 months of hire.
