The best candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team environment.We Offer:*$21 per hour*Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 120 hours a year. Allied Residential matches 25% of every dollar that you contribute up to 4% of your gross eligible compensation.*On hands training and opportunities for growth, advancements, and opportunities for you to excel within Allied Residential.General Duties:*Grounds keeping by walking the property daily and picking up trash and items that do not belong.*Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas on the property.*Be able to operate a pressure washer and perform pressure washing duties.*Clean out the common laundry rooms as needed and clean the machines when needed.*Wash walls, floors, ceilings, storage rooms, and walkways.*Empty wastebaskets*Empty and cleans ashtrays.*Transport trash and waste to disposal area.*Replenish bathroom supplies.*Replace light bulbs.*Cut and trim grass, and shovel snow.*Transport small equipment or tools between departments.Qualifications:*Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
