- Lead new customers through isolved implementations, ensuring their payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively.
- Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and "go lives" are achieved.
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline.
- Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering isolved system training as part of the Implementation process.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
- Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at isolved and externally at the customer).
- Oversee and enforce company and departmental policies,
- Manage performance of Implementation project team members to ensure the highest success
- Functional Business Process experience in Payroll (min 3 years), with payroll tax experience
- Software implementation experience
- Fluent English is a must
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Some travel may be required
