Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.ResponsibilitiesThe Banquet Manager oversees all facets of Banquets and coordinating event spaces.Coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the resort.Coordinates, coaches, provide recognition, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.Promote good public relations, promote and upsell to guests, customizing where necessary to meet and exceed guests’ needs.Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for employees, guests, clients, and group contacts.Regularly meets with culinary and dining room staff to share information and plan special events.Estimates food and beverage needs, including meats, poultry, fish and seafood, supplies, beverages and equipment.Receives and checks orders to ensure they adhere to specifications.Attends weekly operational meetings and communicates messages to create alignment with hotel strategic planEnsure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.Manage labor cost and operating expensesAssists in other areas of Food & Beverage Division when needed.Preferred QualificationsExceptional knowledge of food & beverage, and creative flair.Knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering.Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.Some travel may be required.Two to three years previous employment in a related position.
