- Proven knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS).
- Proven knowledge of overlay networking (SD0WAN, VXLAN, VPN, GRE).
- Knowledge of firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network access control (NAC).
- Familiarity with wireless protocols (e.g., 802.22 standards), WLAN design, and wireless security
- Proficiency in using tools like SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other network performance monitoring solutions.
- Experience with deploying and managing virtual machines, configuring virtual networks and storage, and performing routing maintenance tasks.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking.
- A minimum of 5 year progressive experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Science – Cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Science – Information Technology
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Configure, troubleshoot, and test virtualization solutions
- Build and manage relationships with customers and partners, both internally and externally.
- Design & Build environments and security solutions for customer engagements for the purpose of Sandbox, Proofs of Concepts, and Lab-as-a-Service.
- Create architectural diagrams, access guides, and other documents as needed for customer engagements and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other internal teams to develop test plans, use cases, and high/low level designs.
- Further develop and foster OEM partnerships and relationships that support WWT’s go-to-market strategy around security solutions.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Achieve industry standard certification requirements to maintain partner status.
