Transport prefabricated products and other equipment to and from job sites.
Assist with tool maintenance and repair, if necessaryEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent (GED)1 year of previous experience working in a Warehouse in a support role.Experience with tool repair is a plus, or a willingness to be trained in tool maintenance/repair.Job Qualifications:Good Driving RecordExperience with tool repair is a plus, or a willingness to be trained in tool maintenance/repair.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Must possess a high level of ownership, enthusiasm, and a collaborative, professional temperament.Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally.ADA Physical Requirements:Ability to pick up and lift no more than 50lbs.Drive a forklift.May repetitively climb up to and down 6 steps on different-sized ladders (6-12’) during a shift and/or use step stools.May frequently climb up and down various steps and stairs.Typically requires standing and walking for an 8-hour shift.Additional Information:Arden Building Companies is the holding company for Arden Engineering Constructors, Corporate Mechanical of New England, Earthwise Energy Technologies, MJ Daly, and Unique Metal Works.
