- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (710 years preferred), ideally in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or CPG
- Proven ability to build business from the ground up
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a full sales cycle with long-term growth potential
- Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
