
Shaft Machining Operator - 2nd Shift

- Reading work instructions to determine job specifications, machine adjustments, and material requirements.
- Produce a quality product using quality plans and work instructions.
- Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Able to follow directions (verbal and written), has a good work ethic, and dependable.
- Must meet production requirements, produce defect free work and keep their area clean.
- Must be able to learn and operate multiple machines.
- Must be able to read and follow special instructions and follow critical parameters and work instructions.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines along with reporting safety issues. Daily housekeeping.
- Work overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of Industrial type experience or military service or in lieu of industrial experience, will consider vocational/ technical high school and technical college courses.
- Previous CNC/machining experience.
- Previous motor experience preferred.
- Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the United States.
