This job manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, quality, fiscal stewardship, project strategy and management of all aspects of a project life cycle. The incumbent provides mentoring and coaching associated with performance development and project management, makes decisions that influence the project on a large scale, serves as the central point of communication and coordination for project team and manages direct reports who are involved in the day-to-day operations of the project. This job influences and directs internal communications and coordinates overall project needs with the vendor implementation manager and coordinator.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

  • Strong knowledge in healthcare billing.
  • Strong partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong budget and schedule management skills ensuring the business community is engaged in the project.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead large, complex system integration efforts or large software application.

  • Skills to negotiate with various parties towards a mutually acceptable business solution.
  • Skills to assist Application Coordinators in their respective areas.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, such as nights, evnings, weekends, and extended shifts, etc.
