  • You will be the lead in all Front of House Training and operational on boarding.
  • You will have a strong sense and knowledge of training concepts and the ability to understand and identify gaps in service standards and improve the guest experience in the dining experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high end restaurant server/restaurant service or related work
  • Strong F&B knowledge and server skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
  • Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico Food Handler Certification
What would my job responsibilities be?
  • You will be a leader in assisting to manage the Terra Restaurant and Bar and when needed-In Room Dining operations and pool. With the ability to flex your skills, behaviors and practices as needed to business operational levels.
  • Using your genuine and authentic personality you will be successful in creating and nurturing connections with the staff.
  • You will lead with inspiration ensuring staff deliver Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
  • You are knowledgeable about all food and drink menu options and are able to direct staff to deliver with passion the detailed ingredients information as well as an engaging and articulate description that tempts the tastebuds!
  • Not only are you training but you are constantly learning to expand your knowledge of food products and beverage products and ensuring the Four Seasons standards of service are consistently executed.
  • You have amazing communication skills ensuring staff understand information clearly and encouraging ownership to allow staff to make their own decisions that create an amazing guest experience.
  • As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you have additional administrative duties, including Inventories, Scheduling, menu planning employee coaching as necessary.
  • Starting off this position will be managing the pool operations. This position can be physically demanding but fun!!
  • Position pays $23.49.
