As demand grows, we're scaling how Intuitive and our suppliers work together so health care providers get what they need-when patients need it.We're hiring a Supply Chain Digital Product Manager to lead our new Supply Chain Collaboration Portal. You'll own the product vision and roadmap, map buyer/planner/supplier journeys, define adoption and experience metrics, and align IT, Source/SC operations, and vendor partners.Your mission: turn user pain points into simple, scalable UI improvements and champion onboarding and communications-so thousands of buyers, planners, and suppliers can work together seamlessly every day.If you love building enterprise products that people actually adopt, this is for you. You'll launch and run Intuitive's third-party collaboration platform-driving vision, KPIs, UX improvements, and cross-functional alignment. The outcome: smoother supplier connectivity and supply continuity that supports clinicians and patients worldwide.Essential Job Duties
- Autonomously establish a product management framework, including product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and user adoption strategies.
- Drive the successful implementation and launch of our third-party supply chain collaboration portal, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Create and maintain customer journey maps to clearly identify user pain points and prioritize product improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Supply Chain Operations, suppliers) to understand requirements, communicate changes, and facilitate seamless adoption.
- Define and measure key success metrics including user adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
- Provide clear guidance on UI improvements, ensuring tools are intuitive and practical, reducing barriers to user adoption.
- Manage relationships with the third-party software vendor to ensure alignment with product strategy, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
- Develop structured communication plans and training support to enhance user onboarding, engagement, and proficiency with the new digital solution
- Lead and coach one Product Analyst (or similar) responsible for analytics, user research, and release coordination.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, specifically in launching, managing, or enhancing enterprise digital solutions or SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience establishing and implementing new digital frameworks, processes, or methodologies from scratch.
- Proven analytical capability, specifically related to mapping customer journeys, product performance metrics, and measuring success outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to manage change effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required, preferably in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
- People-leadership aptitude; prior mentoring or small-team management preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline), or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Formal training in Product Management fundamentals (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly, or similar accredited programs), or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Training or direct experience with Enterprise Software Implementation methodologies or frameworks.
- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) or Customer Journey Mapping principles.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain software (such as E2Open, Blue Yonder, One Network, iValua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.) or similar enterprise collaboration tools.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Agile or Lean certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
- APICS/ASCM certification or related Supply Chain certification
