Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer for a 6M Contract (w/ likely extensions and the possibility to convert to fulltime) that is 100% remote. The Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer must be hands-on and must possess a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts / Architects / Developer – Design / Implement Scalable Applications
  • Develop Clean / Maintainable / Efficient Code – Python / Java / React / NodeJS, etc.
  • Participate in Code Reviews / Sprint Planning / Team Stand-ups
  • Write / Maintain Unit / Integration Tests – Ensuring Code Quality
  • Troubleshoot / Debug / Resolve Production Issues
  • Ensure Applications Adhere to Security / Compliance Requirements
  • Continuously Optimize Applications for Speed / Scalability
About the Project: The Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer will play a key role in a digital transformation initiative for a leading MSP / Solutions Firm, contributing to the delivery of enterprise-scale applications that support strategic modernization efforts. This project combines modern application development, cloud architecture, and data-driven decision-making to drive tangible business outcomes. Working in a remote, Agile team, the Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer will collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure software using Java, Python, React, NodeJS and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Core responsibilities include full-stack development, automated testing, CI/CD integration, and ongoing performance tuning, all with a focus on security, maintainability, and long-term scalability.JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Cloud Enablement Data Framework / Integration Developer – Java / Python / React / NodeJS / Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) / ETL/ELT (Azure DataFactory / Apache Airflow / DBT) / SQL / NoSQL / Spring Boot / REST APIs / MicroServices / CI/CD / Docker / Security / Compliance
  • Full-Stack Development – Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / React
  • Backend Development – Spring Boot (Building Scalable Backend Services / APIs) | NodeJS (Lightweight Backend Services / MicroServices)
  • Database Development – SQL / NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)
  • Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP | Serverless / Managed Data Services
  • Data Integration / Orchestration – ELT / ELT Tools / Workflows (Apache Airflow / Azure DataFactory / DBT, etc.) to Support Data Pipeline Development
  • API / MicroServices – Develop / Maintain RESTful APIs / MicroServices
  • DevOps / CI/CD – Implementing CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins / GITLab / Azure DevOps) | Docker Containerization | Kubernetes Orchestration (strongly preferred)
  • Unit / Integration Testing (hands-on) – Write / Maintain Tests | Ensure Code Quality
  • SCRUM / Agile Methodology – Sprint Planning / Teams Stand-Ups, etc.
