This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, staff development, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires a systems-thinking approach, a comprehensive understanding of the integrated model of healthcare, and a passion for the delivery of exceptional customer service. The Manager will work cross-functionally with leadership across departments to support integrated care and drive strategic goals aligned with the organization’s mission.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Minimum High School Diploma required; Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related social services or healthcare field.
  • Minimum 3 years customer service in a healthcare setting required; Preferred 5 years customer service in a healthcare setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Minimum Certifications: BLS, CPI
Salary: Starting at $64,750.40 — $73,840.00 and considers preferred experience and preferred education described above.Benefits (Full Time employees):

  • Key Performance Indicators: Employee meets targets related to the KPI indicators established for the year.
  • Essential Learning Assignments: The Manager is responsible for ensuring they and their direct reports complete Essential Learning assignments by the due date.
  • Performance Evaluations: Manager is responsible for completing 90 Day and Annual Evaluations by the due date
