- Minimum High School Diploma required; Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related social services or healthcare field.
- Minimum 3 years customer service in a healthcare setting required; Preferred 5 years customer service in a healthcare setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

- Key Performance Indicators: Employee meets targets related to the KPI indicators established for the year.
- Essential Learning Assignments: The Manager is responsible for ensuring they and their direct reports complete Essential Learning assignments by the due date.
- Performance Evaluations: Manager is responsible for completing 90 Day and Annual Evaluations by the due date
