Points of interest like Sol Duc Falls, Hoh Rainforest, & Ruby Beach make that easy!We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor/Front Desk Worker to join our team at Lake Crescent Lodge. This will be a role with a swing shift. The Night Auditor/Front Desk Worker will be responsible for balancing the day’s transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing exceptional guest service during both the overnight shift and the front desk shift.Position Type: Seasonal

- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Book reservations and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
- Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
- Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Reconcile and balance all daily transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel services.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety, report any suspicious activities, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Perform various administrative duties, such as processing payments, managing cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
- Previous front desk experience required
- Previous night auditor experience preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
