Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal HealthInventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Removing and logging recalled items
  • Identifying damaged products
  • Putaway of product
  • Tasking
  • Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts
  • Conducting investigations for missing stock and transfers
  • Running and completing reports
  • Organizing emails needing cycle counts
  • Maintaining chase area, including cycles
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Ability to operate all warehouse PIT equipment preferred
  • Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly
  • Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
  • Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice
  • Aptitude to work in a fast paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards
  • Flexibility/adaptability coupled with good multi-tasking skills
