- Manage Full Project Lifecycle - Oversee all phases from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Budget & Cost Control - Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
- Schedule Management - Create, monitor, and update construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Team Coordination - Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Client Communication - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance - Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Document Control - Maintain accurate project records including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting notes.
- Site Visits & Oversight - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
- Closeout & Handover - Ensure all final inspections, punch lists, and documentation are completed for successful project turnover to the client.
- Proven Experience: 3-8 years managing ground-up retail and gas station construction projects, with a solid track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive projects forward in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and professional in client interactions, team collaboration, and problem resolution.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle complex schedules and budgets.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying risks or issues and skilled in developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
