- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer success in collaboration with Global and regional teams.
- Recruit, build, and mentor a team of business development professionals and sales support staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction through NPS and SLA management.
- Communicate technology solutions in business terms to bridge the gap between IT deliverables and business executives' expectations.
- Manage IT sales – implementation and enterprise solution for business development activities such as SOW, MSA, and business process management.
- Build consensus with executive leadership and manage service portfolios.
- Responsible for reporting on Sales activity, Performance and results
- Proven track record of strong sales performance in the IT market to close deals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
- More than 10+ years of experience in sales and customer success.
- A strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategy.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions.
- A degree in business, IT, or a related field can be beneficial.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or sales certifications like Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
- Previous experience in IT sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
