  • Troubleshoot electronics circuit and isolate the root cause of product failure.
  • Wire harness design and electronics assembly development and integration.
  • Operate electrical / electronic test equipment.
  • Develop, document, and release engineering drawings.
  • Solve complex technical problems.
  • Perform hardware engineering best practices to include: Requirements analysis, Design, and test & integration.
  • Develop test plan and procedures tracible to the product and system requirements.
  • This position requires interaction, planning and coordination with cross-functional development teams and internal & external customers across multiple disciplines.
  • Commute daily to on-site work location in Sunnyvale California.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
  • Electrical circuit design and troubleshooting experience.
  • 5+ years professional experience; 3+ years with Masters degree.
  • While no clearance is needed to start this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

  • Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Electrical circuit design and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in electronics design, with a focus on CCA design and development.
  • Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance.
Desired skills
  • High level knowledge of electronics components and detailed electronic design of analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuits and associated circuit schematic tools and simulation tools.
  • Experience designing with COTS Hardware and Software.
  • Experience in using Zuken schematic/cabling drafting tool (or similar) and Creo 3D modeling tool (or similar) centered in model-based engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience with industry standard test and measurement platforms and components for automated monitor and control.
  • Experience operating lab test equipment and strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Cognizance of software principles and constructs as they apply to the control of electronic circuitry and COTS components utilized in test and measurement equipment.
