A proven track record of competency in a fast paced adn rapidly changing work environment is necessary. Must be computer literate. - You have at least 1 year of Scheduling / Staffing Experience in Home Care, Home Health, Healthcare?
- You have a working knowledge of Clear Care, WellSky, or similar home care scheduling software?
- You have strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills?
- You have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills?
- You have a valid driver's license & vehicle with insurance?
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?
- Monday through Friday ; Rotating On Call Evenings
- Work Location: Mostly in an Office setting
Your Responsibilities!
- Schedules disciplines to all home care cases, current and prospective
- Proactively resolves staffing issues as a result of changes to client or Caregiver’s schedules
- Records and maintains detailed data in scheduling logs and staffing calendars
- Maintains record of absences (approved and unapproved) of all agency field personnel
- Notifies management of all staffing problems, resolved and unresolved, in a timely manner
- Responsible for the currency and accuracy of the scheduling calendars
- May be responsible for interviewing and hiring new Caregivers and maintaining their files
- May be on-call outside of regular schedule which may include some evenings, weekend and holidays as assigned
- Documents all occurrences during on-call shift and communicates change to the scheduling team via verbal and/or written communication after the end of each on-call shift
- Verifies schedules for payroll and billing
- Processes clock ins and clock outs, and records data for payroll processing
- Maintains and respects confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information to ensure privacy is protected-
