This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, preparing fresh, high-quality food, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. We are committed to a healthy work-life balance and offering fresh, nutritious meals to both our customers and team members.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or register
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Assist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as needed
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adheres to SPHP's code of conduct
Qualifications
  • Experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experience
  • Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6’th grade level
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Pay Range:$16.20-$19.35Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
