Juvenile Probation Case Manager

• Bachelor's degree in social services field
• Reliable transportation to provide community-based services
• Ability to work flexible schedule to meet clients’ needs
• One year minimum experience providing case management to families or children

• $20/hour
• Flexible schedule and opportunity for some remote work

• Conduct family assessments
• Write and utilize specific measurable goals and objectives
• Develop crisis plan for each child and family
• Monitor and record client/family progress
• Provide advocacy for family to outside agencies
• Evaluate and reform goals and objectives as necessary
• Provide support to families in times of crisis
• Collaborate with families and probation officers
