Orientation: All Hours BillableLocation: Ridgecrest, California (In-Person Required)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based, in-person role during the 2025–2026 school year.Responsibilities:Provide behavior analytic services and support to students within the school setting.Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.Train and supervise school personnel in the implementation of behavior support plans.Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.Requirements:Active BCBA license (must be in hand before start date).100% in-person availability.Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
