Job Title: Site Lead - Field Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionAs a Program Analyst and Site Lead for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) under PM Force Protection Systems (FPS), you will serve as the primary liaison between military installations, contractors, and the program office. You will manage site activities from pre-survey through sustainment, coordinate technical and cost evaluations, and ensure timely communication and documentation in accordance with DoD standards. Additionally, you will support program reviews, risk tracking, and acquisition-related tasks while facilitating meetings and reporting across multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities
  • Lead site coordination, technical evaluations, and contractor communications for ICIDS installations.
  • Draft and maintain official documentation, reports, and meeting materials aligned with DoD policies.
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone reviews, and risk management efforts.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, tracking action items and producing executive summaries.
  • Travel 50 percent of the time, both CONUS and OCONUS, up to a month at a time.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with site survey and site design.
  • Possession of a secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and documentation/technical writing.
  • Understanding of DoD and Army protocols.
  • Competence in engineering and engineering management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or a related discipline.
  • Six years of general experience required, with one year as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program preferred.
  • An additional three years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
Work EnvironmentThe position will be split between onsite work at Fort Belvoir and 25-50 percent travel to other military bases both CONUS and OCONUS. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a large, funded program with great stability, supporting essential work for the Army. You will travel to unique military installations and work directly with leaders within these organizations.Job Type & LocationThis position is based out of Fort Belvoir, Virginia.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.Paid Time Off (PTO)
