Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the following:Lead implant consultations by walking patients through treatment plans and answering questionsPresent and review financial agreements, including payment and financing optionsSupport providers by preparing for consults and coordinating patient flowManage scheduling across two offices (2 days in Malta and 2 days in Saratoga Springs)Build trust and commitment with patients using strong communication and sales skills Qualifications:You will be required to possess the following:Minimum 2 years of experience in implant coordination, treatment coordination, or related roleStrong understanding of dental financing and banking/loan optionsProven ability to present treatment and financial information confidentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a patient-focused, fast-paced environmentComfortable splitting time between Malta and Saratoga Springs offices
