Position: Dedicated OTR Driver – Local SoloWhat We Offer: Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total)
- Home Daily: Local routes with consistent 48-hour resets (same 2 days off each week)
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 paid out over 180 days
- Top Weekly Pay: Over $1,500/week for top performers
- Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,300/week (after 90-day ramp-up with good attendance)
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Slip Seat in Newer Day Cabs
- Ride-Along Pay: $50 per ride (3-4 required)
- On-site Training Pay: $125 for 1 day
- Freight Type: No-touch, live unload grocery freight (dry & refrigerated)
- Route Area: VA, NC, MD, PA, WV
- Miles/Week: 1,600–1,700 average
- Schedule: Afternoon/evening starts (between 12 PM–12 AM), 5 days on / 2 days off
- Equipment: Slip-seat operation with newer day cab tractors
- 6 months–1 year: $0.57/mile
- 1–2 years: $0.58/mile
- 2–3 years: $0.59/mile
- 3–5 years: $0.60/mile
- 5–7 years: $0.61/mile
- 7–10 years: $0.62/mile
- 10+ years: $0.63/mile
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must have personal transportation to/from the distribution center daily
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work afternoons, nights, and long shifts (11–14 hours)
- Strong safety and customer service mindset
- Must be an active driver on the date any bonus is paid
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 2 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
- 4 weeks after 10 years
