  • Managing all aspects of diverse IT projects or multiple IT projects from cradle to grave, typically involving various disciplines within the IT function and customer business units.
  • Utilizing expertise and leadership skills to direct staff to resolve issues and ensure stakeholders, sponsors, and approving bodies meet project goals and requirements.
  • Utilizing a mix of waterfall and agile/scrum techniques and tools are used for team collaboration, issue tracking, and delivery management.
  • Requires working knowledge and experience within own job discipline.
  • Works to broaden own capabilities by continuing to build knowledge of the organization, process, and customer and team relationships. Performs a range of assignments using guidelines and principles tailored to Baptist Health.
  • Facilitating and tracking project and technical issues to resolution. Receives guidance and direction from more experienced team members.
