- Serve as the go-to expert for clients on benefits, claims, billing, enrollments, and terminations
- Navigate renewals smoothly—gather data, generate reporting, and prepare census info
- Oversee new client onboarding through coordinated AOR and carrier collaboration
- Team up to market group coverage solutions effectively
- Create engaging open enrollment resources and support client presentations
- Stay current on benefit regulations and share insights with clients
- Keep documentation sharp and systems updated for seamless record-keeping
- Respond to employee inquiries—from prior authorizations to plan details—with confidence and care
- Take initiative in servicing and retaining valuable benefits accounts
- You’ve got 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits insurance
- You hold a valid Wisconsin Life & Health Insurance License
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but your experience and drive speak volumes
- Experience with both major medical and ancillary products
- You communicate clearly and collaborate with ease
- You understand benefit products, trends, and how to manage a complex book of business
- You thrive in a fast-paced, digital-forward environment
