- Robotic System Development - Lead the design, optimization, and management of robotic systems across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. Improve system accuracy, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Programming & Controls - Develop control algorithms for robotic motion and task execution. Write and test software to support a wide range of automation processes.
- System Integration - Integrate robotics into laboratory and industrial workflows. Build communication protocols for interaction with equipment and LIMS. Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure seamless operation.
- User Interface Design - Create intuitive interfaces for simplified system operation and monitoring.
- Testing & Validation - Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance. Analyze data and refine systems based on feedback and findings.
- Documentation - Produce detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
- Bachelors degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Deep understanding of robotics, kinematics, and control systems
- 10+ years of experience in automation or robotics with proven project leadership
- Proficient in C++, Python, and Robot Operating System (ROS)
- Experience with PLC and SCADA systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with safety protocols in automated environments
- Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic settings
