
Program Manager / Senior Scheduler

- Responsible for preparing, managing and reviewing project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Lead project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
- Review and provide comment on contractor prepared schedules, quantities and cost estimates
- Schedule, attend and document project progress and field meetings.
- Accurately track contractor work progress related to quantities, schedule and budget
- Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and facilitating communication among teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of construction scheduling and cost estimating processes preferred.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs required.
- Certified in construction certifications such as concrete and asphalt
