  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service experience.
  • Identify recurring customer problems and suggest improvements to processes and products.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
