- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service experience.
- Identify recurring customer problems and suggest improvements to processes and products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
