ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kurt Kwon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This position is available as REMOTE for the right candidate that meets all the requirements of the position. Local candidates - this position is IN OFFICE, but a HYBRID model is possible for the right candidate. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
