
Creative Traffic Manager

- Maintain and manage the master schedule of projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and resources are clearly tracked and communicated.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to keep creative workflows moving efficiently and on deadline.
- Create and manage project timelines, workflows, meeting agendas, and follow-ups through all stages of production.
- Track deliverables, update stakeholders on project status, and follow up to ensure accountability and progress.
- Organize and maintain job files and creative documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining clear communication and confidentiality.
- Support the Head of Creative with traffic management, scheduling, and process improvements.
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, traffic coordination, or production workflow management (agency or in-house creative team experience preferred)
- While this is not a creative position, strong familiarity with creative processes including design, video production, digital marketing, and content development
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, production, and digital
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs without being asked
- Ability to work with strong personalities and demanding hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage up, down, and across
- Familiarity with file formats, creative review cycles, and basic production terminology
- Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks or conflicts quickly and diplomatically
