- Develop a global expansion portfolio strategy: product news, claims, graphics, etc that will represent STEM's global offering for tier 2+ countries
- Partner with cross-functionals (innovation teams, Regulatory, RDE, etc) to ensure brand strategy is executed from Headquarters out to the countries
- Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans, and share thought leadership with the countries (in partnership with Equity Leader)
- Track performance of launches (business results, equity building, MEA milestones) and identify optimization opportunities
- Demonstrate curiosity about the competition and emerging market trends. Mastermind and inspire the competitive intelligence movement and war-room mentality across the STEM team
- Oversight and ownership of equity operational mandatories (BOS, graphics, scope, etc)
- Shared accountability for Brand's P&L and shares globally
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required
- 5+ years marketing experience in developing consumer products or 3-5 years experience after obtaining an advanced degree
- Must have proven commercial experience outside North America
- Passion for creativity and innovation
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
