- Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and preventative and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards amongst all facilities, as assigned by ticketing and/or supervisor
- Assists with miscellaneous facility projects; painting, carpentry, drywall, fixture installation, and moving materials and furniture within (or between) facilities
- Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations
- Maintains inventory of CommQuest Services maintenance equipment, ensuring equipment is kept in good, working condition
- Year-round grounds keeping and landscaping (snow removal, mowing, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one-year experience in maintenance services, preferred.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, as required to complete cleaning and maintenance services. Occasional heavy lifting involved.
- Knowledge of hand tools, cleaning equipment, construction, painting supplies and ability to use them safely and appropriately.
- Possesses a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record that is in compliance with agency insurance requirements.
