What you'll do:
  • Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and preventative and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards amongst all facilities, as assigned by ticketing and/or supervisor
  • Assists with miscellaneous facility projects; painting, carpentry, drywall, fixture installation, and moving materials and furniture within (or between) facilities
  • Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations
  • Maintains inventory of CommQuest Services maintenance equipment, ensuring equipment is kept in good, working condition
  • Year-round grounds keeping and landscaping (snow removal, mowing, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
Schedule:The work schedule is primarily Dayshift, Monday - Friday. Must have availability to accommodate additional evening or weekend hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor or emergency situations.Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one-year experience in maintenance services, preferred.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, as required to complete cleaning and maintenance services. Occasional heavy lifting involved.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, cleaning equipment, construction, painting supplies and ability to use them safely and appropriately.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record that is in compliance with agency insurance requirements.
