Job Description:General Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Commitment to safety, having a positive attitude towards safety policies
  • High School Diploma, GED, or ability to pass in-house test
  • Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as heat, cold, humidity.
  • Previous equipment operating experience (grader, roller, skid steer, dozer, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Ensure safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
  • Preform pre-shift inspection of equipment.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime/nights.
  • Willing to preform labor duties on occasion per management.
  • Follow directions of supervisor as to daily task and expectations for each specific project/jobsite.
  • Willing to train and cross train coworkers as requested.
