  • Preparing and facilitating the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs.
  • Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills, by way of observation and coaching.
  • Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.
