​What experience is required for this position?
  • Proven experience as a Receiver in a Warehouse
  • Inventory Management
  • Loading/Unloading Trucks
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Key Information:
  • Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

​Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Receiving Clerk:
  • Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips to ensure accuracy of goods received.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report findings and coordinate returns or exchanges with suppliers.
  • Efficiently sort, label, and store received items in designated storage areas while maintaining an organized and safe working environment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems or inventory software to update and maintain accurate records of inventory.
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely load and unload and move goods within the warehouse.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and participate in periodic inventory audits to support accurate stock management.
Physical Requirements for the Warehouse Receiving Clerk:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions.
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
