
Quality Control Analyst -Title Administration

- Analyze account documents selected at random to include title releases, state changes, collateral, repo s, SOC s, Unwinds, and VIN corrections according to federal and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of completed documents, ensures maintenance and notes are completed in various systems.
- Communicate with all teams within the organization to resolve any discrepancies.
- Use policy, procedures, and knowledge of the business to resolve issues while following pre-established quality policies and guidelines.
- Make suggestions for process improvements.
- Maintain familiarity with Titles/ Post Funding policy and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality due to regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years auto finance experience specific to funding or titles processing.
- High school diploma and/or GED.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS Office skill in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience - (6) months to 1 year of QC and Titles experience.
- Overtime required month-end volume increases, and other tasks/assignments may require overtime as needed.
- Travel 0-10% - on an as needed basis.
