Laborer – Garbage Collection📍 Location: McKinney, TX
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM start time | 50+ hours/week
💵 Pay: $18.00/hrWaste Connections is growing and adding General Laborer to our team in McKinney, TX! This is a physically demanding outdoor role where you'll work on the back of a garbage truck, manually collecting waste and helping keep our community clean and safe.🛠️ Responsibilities
  • Manually collect garbage and load it into the back of a waste collection truck
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Support the driver with safe and effective waste collection practices
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
✅ Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
